Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and physical inventories, minimizing discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and accident-free work environment.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and racking systems, ensuring proper upkeep and repair.
• Develop and manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs related to labor, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and efficient material movement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS software, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Experience with budget management and cost control within a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) integration and optimization
• - Forklift operator certification and training experience
• - Proficiency in inventory forecasting and demand planning software
• - Experience with international shipping and customs regulations
