Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage urgent equipment breakdowns and reactive maintenance, ensuring timely and effective repairs to restore production.
• Control and manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory, tools, and external contractor services.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support new equipment installations and process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Preventive (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and reporting.
• Ability to manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize spare parts inventory.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing or managing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS functionalities for asset lifecycle management and spare parts optimization
