Automotive Service Business Development Center Representative

Vic Canever Chevrolet is seeking an organized, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to support our busy service department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.

You’ll serve as the first point of contact for many of our service customers, assisting with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls, chats, and online appointment requests promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments in Xtime/CDK according to advisor and shop availability
• Make outbound calls or messages to confirm appointments and assist customers with scheduling needs
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in the CRM system
• Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer handoff
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Vic Canever Chevrolet brand with professionalism

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
• No Saturday hours currently required
• A limited Saturday rotation (approximately 4 hours every other week) may be added in the future as the BDC team expands. A weekday would be scheduled off that week to maintain a five-day work week.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable using dealership software and CRM systems (training provided)
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset
