We’re looking for a full-time, year-round Landscaper to help keep our Marquette properties looking sharp, vibrant, and welcoming—through all four seasons!

What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our apartment communities
- Mow, trim, plant, prune, weed, and generally make the place look amazing
- Assist with seasonal tasks—fall cleanups, winter snow removal, spring refreshes, and summer shine-ups
- Work with a supportive team that values craftsmanship, pride, and good attitudes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with landscaping or groundskeeping
- Comfort working outdoors in all types of Upper Peninsula weather
- Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Reliability—you show up, you pitch in, and you care
