About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced, people-centered position where your contributions matter and no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas
- Draft and edit professional correspondence and internal communication
- Handle phone calls, voicemails and incoming mail
- Maintain organized records and perform general clerical duties
- Order office supplies and arrange travel accommodations
- Support departmental projects and collaborate across teams
- Utilize tools like Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and EPIC
What We're Looking For:
- Associate's degree required; bachelor's or administrative certification preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and scheduling platforms
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
