Salary Range: $124,000 - $174,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement, budgets, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Drive operational excellence initiatives, including lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to support business needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and P&L management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, including lean methodologies, supply chain management, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive operational excellence and business growth.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement.
• Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading successful digital transformation initiatives
• Proficiency in advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, AI, IoT)
• Multilingual capabilities relevant to global supply chains or diverse workforces
