Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Whitmore Lake, MI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $16.50-17.50/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire (90 days)

Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a quiet warehouse environment. This role involves pulling orders, scanning and labeling products, packaging materials for shipment (primarily to Amazon), and preparing pallets for outbound distribution. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pull items from inventory based on order requirements
• Scan and label products for shipment
• Package materials into boxes for distribution
• Build pallets and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
• Move completed pallets for shrink-wrapping and shipment
• Use hand pallet jack (training provided)
• Assist with inventory organization and tracking
• Perform basic computer tasks related to order processing
• Safely use box cutters and other warehouse tools
• Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. (team lift for heavier items)
• Comfortable working with hands for extended periods
• Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and personal cell phone required
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Stand-up hi-lo experience
• Inventory or pallet building experience
• Previous warehouse experience

Work Environment:

• Quiet warehouse setting
• Not temperature-controlled (can be warm in summer)
• Closed-toe shoes required (no additional PPE)
• One earbud allowed for music or podcasts while working

Schedule & Breaks:

• Two paid 10-minute breaks (10:00 AM and 3:00 PM)
• Paid 40-minute lunch (employees may leave the premises)
• Option to combine breaks for longer lunch
