Salary Range: $115,000 - $164,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, including process improvements, automation, and new product introductions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Manage the engineering department budget, resources, and capital expenditure requests.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment to improve productivity and capability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and optimize production efficiency.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management systems, and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics, additive manufacturing).
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
