Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of all equipment repairs, installations, and facility maintenance activities.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, spare parts inventory, and external service contracts.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company operational policies.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with production management to minimize downtime and optimize equipment uptime for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise with industrial machinery, automation systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing maintenance teams, including budget oversight and capital project execution.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration and optimization.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience implementing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
