Skilled Assembly Technician - 1st Shift



Location: Holland, M

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $19/hr (based on experience)


A growing manufacturing facility in the Holland area is hiring a Skilled Assembly Technician for its window assembly and production team. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity for someone who is very comfortable using hand tools and accurately measuring materials in a manufacturing environment.


If you have hands-on experience using drills, saws, and tape measures - and take pride in building quality products - this could be a great fit.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble window components and other products in a production setting
• Use hand tools including drills, saws, and measuring tools
• Accurately read and use a tape measure
• Follow written work instructions and production guidelines
• Assist in different areas of production as needed
• Serve as a 'go-to' person on the floor (Lead experience highly preferred)
• Maintain quality standards and take pride in craftsmanship

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or hands-on assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Willingness to move between departments as needed
• Lead experience is highly preferred

Work Environment:

• 1st shift only
• Manufacturing/Warehouse setting
