Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Conduct corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Install, calibrate, and upgrade new production machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement of equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery malfunctions.
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience executing and documenting preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) or fabrication.
• HVAC/R certification or significant troubleshooting experience.
• Advanced PLC programming or modification experience (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
