Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory control and management, optimizing stock levels to minimize carrying costs and prevent production delays.
• Coordinate inbound logistics for materials and outbound logistics for finished goods, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Collaborate closely with production planning and manufacturing operations to ensure seamless material flow and production schedules.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, disruptions, and compliance issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory optimization, and lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• International sourcing or global logistics experience
• Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices or circular economy principles
