Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and systems across corporate and production environments.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of critical manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP for production).
• Manage and enhance cybersecurity measures to protect both IT and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Lead IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting production continuity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to align IT strategy with production goals and innovation initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades to improve efficiency and data insights in manufacturing processes.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement for hardware, software, and services relevant to manufacturing.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and implementing IT systems critical to manufacturing operations (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLM).
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering IT initiatives on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Expertise in managing complex IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments, with an emphasis on reliability and uptime for 24/7 operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and align IT strategy with manufacturing business goals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) integration and management (e.g., SCADA, MES, PLCs).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for manufacturing).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with cybersecurity in industrial control systems (ICS) or OT environments.
