Office Assistant

Atrium Home Services is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Part-Time Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations across our office buildings.

Position Overview:

The Office Assistant role requires strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with external service providers, including cleaning, snow removal, and landscaping vendors
• Support light administrative tasks and general office coordination
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces, including the kitchen; ensure supplies are consistently stocked
• Manage and organize storage areas, including tracking and maintaining inventory
• Communicate with internal staff regarding purchasing needs and office supplies
• Grant access to visitors and ensure a professional front-office experience
• Support mail and shipping needs for office personnel
• Office & Facility supply and replenishment
• Perform other general office support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external vendors
