Office Assistant
Atrium Home Services is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Part-Time Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations across our office buildings.

Position Overview:
The Office Assistant role requires strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with external service providers, including cleaning, snow removal, and landscaping vendors
- Support light administrative tasks and general office coordination
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces, including the kitchen; ensure supplies are consistently stocked
- Manage and organize storage areas, including tracking and maintaining inventory
- Communicate with internal staff regarding purchasing needs and office supplies
- Grant access to visitors and ensure a professional front-office experience
- Support mail and shipping needs for office personnel
- Office & Facility supply and replenishment
- Perform other general office support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external vendors
