Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities through data analysis, value stream mapping, and Gemba walks.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
• Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across all manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements and cost savings.
• Proficient in project management, data analysis, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, mentor teams, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Proficiency in applying Industry 4.0 concepts or advanced analytics to manufacturing processes.
• Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
