Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts for finished goods.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather market intelligence and refine forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for significant deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead demand planning input for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional impacts to improve forecast models.
• Manage demand planning for new product introductions and product discontinuations.
• Utilize and optimize demand planning software and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with expertise in data interpretation and forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced statistical modeling software (e.g., R, Python) or VBA for data automation.
• Experience facilitating or leading aspects of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP or CPIM).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization.
