Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement based on data and operational performance.
• Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S).
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, automation).
• Certification or significant experience with the Shingo Model or Theory of Constraints.
• Proficiency with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
