Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient rehabilitation patients
- Implement treatment programs using exercise, strengthening, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function and independence
- Monitor patient progress, adjust goals, and document outcomes in care records
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure timely delivery of services
- Provide coverage for on-call Saturdays as required

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA institution – REQUIRED
- Michigan PT license (MI PT License) – REQUIRED
- Current BLS (AHA) certification – REQUIRED
- 1 year of swing bed, acute, and outpatient PT experience – REQUIRED
- Orthopedic PT experience – PREFERRED
- Travel experience – PREFERRED
- Ability to work in an outpatient/hospital setting and perform 8-hour day shifts
