Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospice Director to lead our hospice program. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding clinical excellence, and fostering a culture of compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for hospice services
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and program development
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain community partnerships and referral networks
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hospice leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Extensive knowledge of HCHB
