Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all building systems, utilities, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, controlling operational costs.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, expansions, and equipment installations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers for facility services.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Optimize space utilization and facility layouts to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facilities operations and maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, budget administration, and vendor contract negotiation.
• In-depth understanding of EHS regulations, building codes, and safety protocols applicable to manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing a maintenance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization projects
• OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety training relevant to manufacturing
• LEED AP certification or experience leading sustainability initiatives
