We are currently hiring a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing virtual team.
Position Overview:
As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist , you will work with K12 students across Michigan to assess, diagnose, and treat munication disorders through virtual therapy sessions. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support each students munication goalsall from the convenience of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms.
Conduct virtual assessments to determine speech and language needs and service eligibility.
Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in pliance with Michigan Department of Education guidelines and IDEA requirements.
Monitor and document student progress through session notes, progress reports, and data tracking.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure student success.
Adapt therapy approaches based on student needs, goals, and virtual learning environments.
Maintain pliance with federal, state, and local regulations and documentation standards.
Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and virtual therapy delivery.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Michigan SLP license .
ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence ( CCC-SLP ) required.
At least 1 year of experience in school-based settings preferred.
Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education procedures in Michigan.

Excellent munication, organization, and time-management skills.
Access to a secure, private home workspace and high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous teletherapy experience or training.
Familiarity with Michigan IEP systems (e.g., IEPWriter, PowerSchool, etc.).
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Experience with a variety of speech/language disorders including articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatic/social munication.
