What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated, commission-based Client Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our client base. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, and cold emailing decision-makers (owners, HR managers, talent acquisition leaders) at small to mid-sized companies — primarily in manufacturing and engineering.

This is 100% remote , flexible, and results-driven. You’ll be compensated based on booked clients, with generous payouts per deal .

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify companies that could benefit from recruiting support

• Cold call and email key decision-makers using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and Recruiterflow (we’ll train you)

• Follow up consistently and manage leads through the outreach pipeline

• Book qualified discovery calls for the founder to close the deal

• Track daily outreach activity and performance metrics

Commission Structure:

• $ 500 per booked and closed client

• % of every placement made

• No cap – the more you bring in, the more you earn

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or recruiting agency business development

• Confident on the phone and great at crafting compelling emails

• Comfortable working independently and using CRM/outreach tools

• Bonus: experience with Apollo, Recruiterflow, or cold email automation tools
