Oakland Fresh 365 is hiring reliable and detail-oriented house cleaners for residential and Airbnb properties.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position , perfect for individuals looking for flexible, independent work and the opportunity to earn higher hourly pay. You can work a few days a week or take on more jobs based on your availability.
Pay & Perks:

Schedule & Work Style:
- Flexible schedule (Monday–Saturday)
- Choose your working days
- Typical working hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Most jobs are 4–6 hours per day
- Some days offer longer shifts (up to 8 hours) for deep cleanings or team jobs
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential homes and Airbnb properties
- Perform general cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Work independently or occasionally with a team
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have your own transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Work Locations:
Troy, Rochester Hills, Lake Orion, Royal Oak, and surrounding areas
Employment Type:
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Responsible for your own taxes
