Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will serve as both a clinical leader and ensuring high-quality ABA services while also contributing to smooth clinic operations. This dual-focus role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a collaborative environment, values attention to detail, and is committed to supporting both families and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs, ensuring fidelity to client programming.
- Facilitate parent/caregiver training and support family engagement in therapy.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and make timely program modifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers (e.g., Speech, OT) to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in case reviews and clinical team meetings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to balance clinical and operational tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with staff, families, and interdisciplinary partners.
- Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and assent-based ABA practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (FT)
