$21 - $24 hourly

• Review and verify all loan documentation, including FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines, contracts, and disclosures such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) requirements.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, and title companies to ensure all conditions are met prior to closing.
• Prepare and review closing disclosures, settlement statements, and escrow instructions for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other federal mortgage servicing standards throughout the closing process.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the transaction to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Conduct final quality checks on loan files, ensuring all necessary signatures, documents, and approvals are obtained.
• Maintain detailed records of all closing activities, including 10-key typing entries, credit analysis data, and loan processing notes.

• Proven experience in mortgage closing or loan processing within the industry.
• Familiarity with FNMA guidelines, underwriting procedures, and loan origination processes.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing practices and credit analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of TILA regulations, escrow procedures, contracts, and basic math skills required for accurate calculations.
• Ability to interpret and apply Fair Housing regulations effectively while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
