HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service (Housecall Pro Experience Preferred)
Airtech Mechanical Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team.
This is NOT an entry-level position. HVAC experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls and book appointments
- Dispatch technicians using Housecall Pro
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day
- Manage job schedules, reschedules, and urgent calls
- Follow up with customers on jobs and estimates
- Keep jobs organized and updated in Housecall Pro
- Coordinate with office and field staff daily
Requirements:
- HVAC or home service experience REQUIRED
- Dispatching experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Housecall Pro (or similar CRM) preferred
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
Pay:
- Based on experience
- Bonus opportunities available
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
