Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Salesforce Administrator/Developer role at Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. The role involves day-to-day tasks including creating and configuring Roles, Profiles, Permissions, and Groups. It will also include extensive work creating Lighting Pages, Flows, and Reports. Significant changes to the Salesforce schema will also be required so intimate knowledge of the Salesforce data model behavior is needed. It requires analytical skills, dashboard design skills, managing Salesforce.com administration tasks, and effective communication with Team Members and End Users. The Production Org will be linked to an existing on-prem CRM platform that will require continuous bidirectional syncing using a variety of technologies including Salesforce Connect.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on the Salesforce declarative toolset
• Proven expertise with Salesforce Flows
• Proven expertise designing Lightning Pages
• Proven expertise building and implementing Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce Connect and configuring External Objects
• Experience with Apex Classes and use of them in headless processes or declarative tools
• Experience with Changesets and DevOps configurations
• Experience in and working knowledge of the Financial Services space, specifically in Fixed Income trading and settlement processes
• Experience as a software developer.
• Demonstrable knowledge of various SDLCs and CI/CD concepts and processes
• Experience with converting from an on-prem CRM to Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce Inbox
• Experience with sales pipeline cadence tools(Sales Engagement, SalesVue, Salesloft, etc...)
• Experience with Service Cloud
• Dashboard Design
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Developer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
