Description
American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with at least 1 year of experience for a rehab setting position requiring active licensure and BLS certification.
Details
- Rehabilitation setting
- Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Traveler must be open to working any day of the week, as self-scheduling is not available
- 50 hours of experience required weekly
Requirements
- Active SLP license (license required if applicable)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current BLS certification
- Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 digits acceptable)
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Date of birth (DOB) required for consideration
- One reference required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
Additional Information
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification may be required depending on unit assignment; accepted credentials include a Blue Card from CPI or MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility as permanent employees must obtain MSP approval prior to being considered
- RTO requests should be kept to fewer than 7 days for the duration of the contract
