Shift Managers

Description:
Marco’s Pizza Shift Managers assist in performing leadership, management, and organizational tasks to ensure team members work effectively during their shifts to deliver the best products to the fastest growing pizza industry in the USA.
This is accomplished by leadership skills, making decisions that motivate and instill accountability in team members.
Duties Include:
- Overseeing the business operations during shifts, delegating tasks to team members, and resolving problems that occur on their shifts.
- Will perform the same tasks as the other employees. Such as, delivery driving, make-line performance and being a great part of the team!
- Being able to perform the same tasks will allow you to lead and coordinate employee responsibilities to improve efficiency and customer service.
- You will also focus on stocking inventory, prepping foods, following safety regulations, balancing cash register, and managing co-workers.
- Maintaining a positive and creative environment while following policies that meets all guidelines
Other Duties Include:
- Leadership, managing, and organizing tasks to ensure team members work effectively during their shifts.
- Monitoring attendance and tardiness.
- Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with upper management and team members.
- Handling and managing customer service to meet the 5 Star Guest Experience.
- Adhering to company policies, health safety, and employment standards.
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits.
Learn How to:
- Perfect the making our Marco’s Dough.
- Follow, train, and assist in all food preparations.
- Greeting our guests on the phone or in-person.
- Operating the Point of Sales Systems and finalizing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and good appearance in yourself and Marco’s Pizza.
- Mentor training and team development
- Work with General Manager to know, understand, and ensure food and labor goals are met.
- Mentor and lead with a positive attitude during your shift.

Shift Managers supervise the entire crew and all work stations in the day to day operations of a pizza stores on either day or night shifts. Responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too. Product, Service and Image fall under the Shift Manager, the cornerstones of Marco’s. With great opportunities for advancement with the fastest growing pizza company in the country, Marco’s hires many of its Assistant Managers from the Shift Manager ranks.
