Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to cover a maternity leave at two elementary schools in Wyoming, MI. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide specialized therapy services to young students in a dynamic school setting from mid-August through the end of November, with the potential for an extension.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to approximately 50 students in grades K-2, including both special education and general education populations.
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions in designated therapy spaces at one public and one private elementary school.
• Collaborate with school staff and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with school policies and participate in team meetings.
• Follow established IEP procedures and support student progress monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience working in pediatric and school settings.
• Familiarity with school-based caseload models and compliance with educational regulations.
• Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility and professionalism.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
