Program Manager - Part Time
Job Description
The Compass Call Repair Station Program Manager will:
- Oversee and manage an aircraft maintenance team, for both customer and company owned aircraft assets.
- Serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Prepare project execution plan and identify technical and business resources needed.
- Review status of projects and budgets, manages schedules. and prepare status reports.
- Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
- In addition, this position serves as the BAE Systems Part 145 Repair Station Manager.
- The Compass Call Repair Station Program Manager must:
- Posess a Bachelor's Degree
- Hold a Secret Security Clearance
- Hold a valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
- Have a minimum of 10-years experience in the aviation industry
- Have at least five years in a superviosry capacity maintaining aircraft
- Must understand both FAR Part 145 and Part 91
- Must ensure compliance at all times with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), manufacturing specifications, and recommendations
- Must understand and have experience with DCMA Instruction 8210 for Contractor's Ground and Flight Operations
Full-Time Salary Range: $20800 - $416000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance. About BAE Systems Intelligence & Security
