Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage production budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and manufacturing staff.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales teams to align production with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated experience with automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
