Physician (MD /DO) Primary Care

Overview:

Mon - Fri, Primary Care Provider role managing chronic conditions of own panel. No weekends/evenings.

$7,500 sign on bonus + annual quality-based bonus program

Responsibilities:

The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
