Position Summary:

The General Production Labor role operates manufacturing equipment to produce high quality food and beverage products in a safe and effective manner.

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift!

Pay rate starts at $19.96.

Where You'll Work

This role will be based out of our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lawton, MI.

What You'll Do:

• Operate equipment to meet department goals
• Move, organize, and stage ingredients
• Produce documentation to verify safety, quality, and production standards
• Observe operations to ensure schedules and quality standards are met
• Submit reports summarizing daily production
• Inspect and test production line set-ups to ensure proper equipment operation
• Check production equipment daily for proper cleaning and safe operation
• Clean and sanitize production facilities and equipment
• Follow the Plant Safety Program, GMP requirements and both people & food safety protocols
• Ensure enough supplies and ingredients for production schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in an elevated environment
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold) and both indoor/outdoors

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• Experience as a Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Material Handler, General Labor, or other Manufacturing or industrial role preferred
