Continuous Improvement Leader | Otsego, MI

Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop, train, and mentor employees on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks across manufacturing operations.
• Implement and sustain Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and SMED.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report improvement results.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and operational excellence throughout the plant.
• Drive the standardization of best practices and ensure the sustainment of implemented improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• 3-5+ years of direct continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and execute complex improvement projects from concept to sustainment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies with continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering Management, Operations Research)
