Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and performance standards.
• Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories to minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with logistics and production teams.
• Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Monitor and manage warehouse expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in warehouse operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and best practices.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application in warehousing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in a relevant field such as APICS (CPIM, CSCP) or Six Sigma.
• - Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation or advanced configuration.
• - Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• - Experience managing a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) relationship.
