Salary Range: $136,000 - $187,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant operations, production schedules, and resource allocation to meet output targets.
• Develop and manage the plant's operational budget, ensuring cost-effective production and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production processes and achieve long-term plant objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and EHS regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT).
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related business field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Multi-site or international operational leadership experience.
