Salary Range: $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders for manufactured goods, ensuring accuracy of product specifications and quantities.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and technical specifications.
• Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping discrepancies, or delivery delays, coordinating with production and quality control.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, engineering) to facilitate order fulfillment and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and detailed documentation of all communications and transactions within the CRM system.
• Provide customers with proactive updates on production schedules, lead times, and shipping information for their orders.
• Handle product return authorizations and warranty claims, adhering to company policies and manufacturing guidelines.

• Experience in a B2B customer service role within the manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and inquiry management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or industry-specific terminology.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for technical or logistical customer issues.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional and clear client interaction.
