Position Summary

Als Operational & Guest Services Agent ben jij het kloppend hart tussen de flight operations op het platform en de high-end hospitalityervaring in onze lounge. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke vlucht vlekkeloos verloopt n dat onze gasten zich vanaf het eerste moment welkom en volledig ontzorgd voelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Hospitality & Guest Care

• Ontvangen en begeleiden van passagiers en crew in een exclusieve omgeving;
• Zorgen voor een hoogwaardige, persoonlijke service in de lounge;
• Cordineren van speciale wensen zoals catering, VIP-transport, hotels en crew services.

Operations & Flight Support

• Cordineren van vlucht- en grondafhandeling, inclusief VHF-radiocontact met toestellen;
• Verzamelen en controleren van vluchtinformatie (METEO, NOTAMs, flight plans);
• Toewijzen van parkeerposities en begeleiden van aankomst en vertrek van vliegtuigen;
• Aansturen en afstemmen met leveranciers en ground services (brandstof, cleaning, transport);
• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor Douane, Marechaussee en luchthavenpartners;
• Proactief oplossen van last-minute wijzigingen en operationele uitdagingen.

Wat neem jij mee?

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk);
• Ervaring in operationele grondafhandeling en/of high-end hospitality is een sterke pr;
• Bereidheid om te werken in ploegendiensten (vroeg, dag, laat, weekend en feestdagen);
• Representatief, servicegericht, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk;
• Je kunt binnen 45 minuten op Schiphol-Oost aanwezig zijn;
• MBO werk- en denkniveau.
