• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to customize activities according to resident interests, abilities, and care plans.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote resident well-being and satisfaction.
• Help care staff with meal times with feeding residents.

• Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
