Salary Range: $72,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and equipment for manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in production machinery and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
• Lead electrical projects from conception to completion, including upgrades, installations, and system improvements.
• Ensure all electrical systems and practices comply with industry standards, safety regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize electrical systems for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness within manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and other technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and production staff on electrical systems and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Experience with industrial electrical power distribution, motor controls, and automation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex electrical and control systems in a production environment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC) and machine safety principles.
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize electrical systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics or automation systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA, MES, or other plant floor data systems.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience implementing industrial IoT or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Proficiency in specialized electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, EPLAN Electric P8).
