We are seeking detail-oriented and self-driven Contract Credentialing Specialists to join our clients administrative team. In this role, you will support external agents who sell our clients products by handling system entries, compliance checks, and appointment processing. You will work in a structured training environment and gain new responsibilities as you develop your skills.

• Title: Contracting Credentialing Specialist (Administrative Support)
• Location: Onsite (Fremont, MI 49413)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
• Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour
• Contract Duration: Through June (dependent on system upgrade completion)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain agent profiles in the system.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
• Review background checks and appointment requests.
• Send notices and follow-up requests to agents for additional information.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage workflows and tasks in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
• Communicate with agents via email (no phone contact required).

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a structured environment.
• Open to candidates from non-insurance backgrounds – training provided.

Additional Details

• Training: Structured, progressive training program (approx. 6 months to full proficiency).
• Note: This is a temporary role that will be eliminated after a system upgrade expected by end of June.
