Our agency opened in 2026 and is a growing team of two with plans to expand. I was a stay-at-home mom for 14 years before joining a State Farm agency. I quickly fell in love with the business, spent three years learning and growing, and then opened my own agency. Family is at the center of everything I do. I truly believe in making the most of your time and not sacrificing family for work. That mindset carries into how I lead the office and support my team. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tiffany Apsitis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
