Now, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Supply Chain to help us take our sourcing, procurement, and distribution capabilities to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence how we serve customers, structure supplier partnerships, and build operational excellence from the inside out.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Global Sourcing Strategy – Optimize costs, diversify supply, and elevate quality across our global spend.
• Strengthen Supplier Relationships – Serve as the executive liaison with key suppliers through regular site visits, performance alignment, and long-term strategic collaboration.
• Drive Sales Enablement – Work shoulder-to-shoulder with sales to support quoting, pricing, and supply strategies that enhance competitiveness and help win deals.
• Champion Contract & Risk Management – Lead contract negotiations and long-term agreements that safeguard the business and support speed-to-execution.
• Leverage Technology & Data – Use ERP systems, dashboards, and automation tools to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.

• Lead and Develop Talent – Drive team excellence through clear expectations, hands-on coaching, and a commitment to continuous growth and accountability.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product development, operations, and customer teams to accelerate product launches and improve supply chain responsiveness across both retail and distribution business units.
• Model Integrity & Accountability – Set the tone for ethical conduct, transparency, and trust across all supply chain activities.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement – ideally in rigid packaging, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Expertise in supplier negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, sourcing analytics, and process automation.
• Proven track record of building and leading strategic, high-performing teams.
• Commercial mindset – understands how supply chain supports sales, margin, and customer success.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and change leadership skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and doing business the right way.
