PROJECT MANAGER - IT
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate tasks and support communications among cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
- Help track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Facilitate vendor coordination, status updates, and basic contract administration under supervision.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to project governance efforts.
- Learn and adopt internal project management tools and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Hospitality, IT, or a related field preferred.
- At least one current certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), such as CAPM or PMP.
- 0–2 years of relevant project coordination or management experience; internship or co-op experience acceptable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Eager to learn and grow in a structured project environment.
- Curious, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Committed to delivering quality work with professionalism and follow-through.
