FZ is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Grand Rapids, Michigan office. At FZ, we're growing fast and building something exceptional. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for both skilled trades and professional roles. Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required
• Skilled trades/construction, agency, or high volume recruiting experience a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Degree in marketing, business, or human resources is a plus

• Customer service oriented with great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) required

• Proven organizational skills required
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple priorities required

• Technical proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and an ATS) required
