What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Service Writer, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your day-to-day will include:

- Greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Listening to and understanding customers’ automotive concerns.

- Writing detailed service orders and communicating repair needs to the team.

- Providing accurate cost estimates, timelines, and keeping a strategic repair schedule.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping them informed throughout the repair process.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or the automotive industry.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- A knack for problem-solving and attention to detail.

- A customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of automotive systems (a plus!).
