Our Oakland County Client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. As the Accounts Payable Specialist duties include:
1. Enter and post all Accounts Payable invoices for payment through accounting software.
2. Verify all pricing on invoices against purchase orders that were issued.
3. Issue Accounts Payable checks weekly.
4. Maintain files for invoices.
5. Prepare checks for mailing.
6. Track and maintain office supplies.
7. Assist vendors with past due balances.
8. Match inventory receipts against molder invoices.
9. Work with the warehouse when inventory discrepancies arise with receipts against invoices.
10. Enter daily components receipts from molder reports into IQMS.
11. Create, set up process and procedures with molders to ensure timely reporting of receipts.
12. Work with molders to make sure discrepancies are noted for component receipts and update accordingly.
13. Apply manual payments for EFT vendors.
14. Enter receiving for components.
15. Pull budget information monthly.
16. Maintain specialty worksheets.
17. Assist with various projects throughout the year.
18. Assist Import Analyst with creating invoices for import customers.
