Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee plant budget, P&L, and resource allocation.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain plant equipment and infrastructure through effective maintenance programs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing plant management or a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• Proven experience managing large-scale capital expenditure projects
