Continuous Improvement Leader | Allegan, MI

Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
• Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of CI initiatives.
• Drive the standardization of processes and best practices across multiple production lines or facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment of improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with practical application experience.
• Expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and their implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage projects, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to identify root causes and solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Certified in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience applying continuous improvement principles within an Industry 4.0 environment (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing).
